Melvin B. Reynolds , 05/29/2024 Awesome Stay in Fort Lauderdale FloridaWe had an awesome stay at the Best Western I-95. The hotel staff were all professional, always providing excellent customer service. When we check in, there was a problem with the pre-charges, which I paid before I arrived, showing a charge on my checking account, but not in their computer. Thanks to the General Mgr,Teji, who took care of the problem quickly the next day. The 3rd floor room that we were assigned had a broken refrigerator, and the TV had no cable signal. Naika, the front desk night clerk, quickly reassigned of to a better room on the 1st floor with no problems. The breakfast bar was excellent, and was kept fully stocked daily by Lina, the breakfast hostess. I would also like to recognize Mary, front desk day clerk for her smile, and great attitude in providing excellent customer service during our entire stay, truly they all work together as a team, providing customer service well beyond my expectations. This was my first time in Fort Lauderdale, and because of them , we will make this our hotel of choice every time we visit this great city in the future.
Alexis Whatley , 07/07/2024 Customer Service is trash and they charge insane fees!I booked a trip to Kentucky and I paid $175 for my room. I got there the hotel had no running hot water due to storm and I was not informed before hand nor my my arrival. Then there was a security issue with the hotel with them just giving out room keys! I spoke with the front desk clerk who said I had to go through booking for a refund. Contacted booking and it took them days to respond back to be then when they did they said they couldn’t help me, then said they were unable to contact the property. So after a week I contacted the property myself and spoke to a manager who had no problem issuing a refund and that they were never contacted by booking!!! I also received a $120 fee for international phone charges from booking! Weird because I never called their international line!! Come to find out when you can’t reach a US person they automatically transfer internationally without telling you!!! I told them I spoke with the hotel and they never said anything!! They just gave me a $33 refund on the house to use with them!! I will never book with these people again. Customer service is trash! The people who work here have no idea what they are doing. Everytime I spoke with someone they told me something different from the last person and they lie!! Use Priceline!!! Do not use booking!!! ANB33333Fool , 04/11/2024 My app is not secureI had the same woman kick me out of a hotel in Conway and Branson because I reported a glitch in the app. I am not sure why the hotel owner would be upset about that since I was being honest and was actually saving him money. But that woman stole the money I had on a prepaid card that I had to go get after she alleged my debit card and Cash App did not work even though my bank clearly shows that I paid. I contacted Booking for a refund and heard nothing back. I am a Beta Tester, so I was doing exactly as I am supposed to do, but I am not sure how that woman knew I reported a glitch unless she had access to the app itself or was able to get access using fake WiFi. The night clerk had her son in the lobby playing Roblox. She was the one who told me my card didn’t work and insisted I go get a $100 preps card. Now I am sure that she didn’t use my money for herself, right? But I am really confused why a hotel owner would kick me out when I reported a glitch on how people can use the app to steal nights without paying. And since the two hotels I stayed at are not connected in any way, I don’t understand why they would have the same woman kick me out five hours down the road. Booking has yet to respond to my complaint. But I had a 105 fever and the flu and had to drive myself home after my bank card was locked and numerous hotel rooms were charged.
